How long until my order ships?

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email the moment your parcel leaves us.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 5 to 12 business days after processing is complete. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs clearance can add time on international orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide, and every order is fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.

Where is my tracking number?

It is sent by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to show its first movement — this is normal and does not mean anything is wrong. If nothing appears after that, contact us.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, exchange or refund. Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging and tags. Email us with your order number to begin.

When will my refund arrive?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. How quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card provider.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

International orders may incur import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these amounts.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major cards and the secure payment options shown at checkout. Your details are encrypted and processed directly by our payment providers — we never store card information.
