Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. During launches, holidays and peak periods this may extend slightly — we always notify you by email if so.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery takes 5 to 12 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays outside our control.
Tracking
Every order ships fully tracked. A confirmation email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. Tracking information can take up to 72 hours to display its first update — this is normal and does not indicate a problem.
Shipping costs & destinations
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
Customs & import duties
International orders may incur import duties or taxes on arrival. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. GiorgioConstantino has no control over these amounts and cannot refund them.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute a parcel once dispatched, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-shipping fee.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and resolve it with a replacement or a full refund.
