REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

14-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return, exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with any packaging, tags and accessories supplied.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

Where applicable consumer law grants a statutory cancellation period, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email help@regentconstantino.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether the return is accepted and provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

RETURN COSTS

Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund for a parcel that does not reach us.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Personalised, engraved, bespoke or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described. Items returned in used, altered or damaged condition may be refused or refunded in part.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us with the order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement, a repair or a full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
