PRODUCTS

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailability — and will refund any amount already paid.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices and any applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we are not obliged to supply at the incorrect price and will contact you before proceeding.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Refund and Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The GiorgioConstantino name, visual identity, product imagery, editorial material, copy and website content are owned by or licensed to ECOMWSLTD. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use this website unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, or to extract content by automated means without our written permission.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs procedures, extreme weather or interruptions to communications networks.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence.
